Snoring Specific Exercises Anyone Can Do

Chuck Viers has an answer for those wondering about why do we snore in our sleep. Viers, a 57 year old data management specialist who works for the state, knows a thing or two about the problem.

"It's simple. Snoring results from air that has to struggle to get through an obstructed or blocked airway in your throat."

""Now it's felt," Chuck continued, "that this blockage happens because of flabby throat tissue. And this is where free snoring relief exercises come into play. Working them into your daily routine can help you tighten up the muscle tissue in your throat area, jaw and neck. Which just might solve the problem."

To that end here are some free snoring exercises.

Pucker up: Picture puckering up to blow a big kiss. Hold the kissing position for five seconds. Relax. Do this five times.

Say Cheese: Do a big exaggerated used car salesman smile. Hold that for five seconds. Relax. Do this one five times.

Open Wide: Slowly open your mouth as big as you can. Then close it making sure your lips meet. Repeat this five times.

Take a Sip: Purse your lips pretending you're going to take a sip from a straw and press your lips together. Hard! Do that for five seconds. Repeat five times.

Touch Your Chin with the tip of your tongue. Or at least do the best you can.

Those are five free snoring relief exercises.

Chuck reported, "What I do is to move from exercise to exercise, repeating the whole shebang five times. I believe you'll find these and others like them to be good ways to tone and firm the muscles of your throat, jaw and neck. And who knows? maybe even quit snoring?"
