Need a Simple Stop Snoring Home Remedy?

Or Maybe Wondering How to Stop Snoring or
What Natural Remedy Can You Take For Snoring?

Jonathan Wellman was a paramedic. Since he worked 24 hours on, 24 hours off, sleep for him came when he could fit it in. Yet when "the guys" made him aware that he had snoring issues, he set out to find a reliable stop snoring home remedy that would fix the problem.

"All that razing about my 'excessive snoring' made me bound and determined to find out how to stop snoring, let me tell you!" Wellman admitted.

What the 33 year old Wellman stumbled across may strike you as too simple to be true. Yet it works since so many men sleep on their back. And when they do they snore.

Solution? Stop sleeping on your back. Snoring stops. Sounds simple enough, right? Except how do you accomplish that when you're, well, asleep and unaware of what you are doing?

This is where Jon's home remedy comes in. It almost automatically helps you sleep in some other position than your back. Here's all you do.

Grab an old sock. I'm sure you have plenty of mismatches to choose from. Jon did.

Go to Walmart and buy a new tennis ball to stick inside it.

Using a safety pin secure the sock to the back of your PJ bottoms just below the waist band.

Now when you roll onto your back in your sleep, the tennis ball will serve to make you just uncomfortable enough to roll off your back and back onto your side.

It's likely you won't even have to wake up to reposition yourself and quit snoring.

"It's a great anti snoring device if I say so myself," said Wellman with a smile. "It ranks at the top of my list of cheap ways to stop snoring!"

While this may not be the worlds best cure for snoring it worked for Jon. Think there's a chance this stop snoring home remedy might work for you?
