Drink caffeine-laden coffee or cola no later than four or five hours before your bed time. Don't eat big late night meals. In fact expect losing weight to be part of most any suggested snore cure program. Establish a set time to go to bed and then to wake up. Avoid naps. They make it harder to sleep at night. A warm bath can induce sleep as it's relaxing. Try to cure snoring by reserving the bed for sleeping. It should not become the center for entertainment, late night snacking, or responding to emails from work. If you wake up and can't go back to sleep get up and do something to settle yourself down.
